" I discovered Central Baptist Preschool by chance when my family and I started visiting Central Baptist Church for Sunday worship. Our former church unfortunately didn't have many children attending and it was a struggle each week keeping my 7 and 4 year old daughters motivated about going to church. Several of our neighbors already attended Central Baptist and since their children seemed so happy and excited about the Sunday School programs, we thought we'd visit to see for ourselves.

The Sunday school area for the younger children is located in the new building which I didn't know at the time had been specifically constructed for the preschool. At first sight, it was absolutely amazing. The rooms were pristine! Each room with walls, carpet and furniture cheerfully color coordinated is highlighted with cozy little nooks full of books and play areas full of toys. The windows of the rooms located on the exterior of the building stretch from the floor to the ceiling bringing the outside in. Every two rooms are connected by a shared immaculate bathroom constructed especially for little people. So cute! The infant area is awesome. There's even a Mother's room for privacy! I thought about when my girls were infants and how difficult it was to find a place like this which would allow me to comfortably leave and go to work without worrying. When I learned that a Preschool was opening at the end of Aug 2010, I contacted Lisa Jones, the director, to request a tour. Lisa graciously explained the vision that the church had for the preschool and how much time, work and prayers had gone into bringing it to life. By the end of the tour, I truly felt as if I had known Lisa forever and I wanted my daughter to be a part of the fulfilled vision. Lisa's love and passion for being able to teach God's word to our children in an educational environment was apparent.

Two months later, my daughter Jordan is loving her Preschool class and her new teacher Ms.Kathy. The transition from our previous daycare was non eventful and the environment is always peaceful, loving and everything I expected. The snacks and meals are healthy and brought in from a nearby elementary school daily. As a mother of two children who has moved my girls many times from preschool to preschool for various reasons of dissatisfaction I have no reservations at all about recommending Central Baptist Preschool. Even the 5 star daycare we ended up attending for the past 5 years wasn't as nice! Since joining Central Baptist Preschool, I have been so excited that I jumped at the chance to write this testimony. The comfort in knowing that my daughter can say her blessing before every meal and learn about God while she learns her ABC's and numbers is immeasurable. You simply have to see for yourself.

As a side note, my family is still attending Central Baptist for Sunday worship as well as the many wonderful Adult and Children Bible Studies/Activities offerred on Sunday and Wednesday nights. Everyone at the church has been so kind and welcoming as if we were always part of their family. What a blessing! "
